How does he look?

I thought i would put some pic up of spike to see what everyone thinks. He is 4 months old now eats and drinks well. Am a little concerned about his back legs have a look in the second picture. Thanks for looking. Any advice welcome, you never know enough about these lovely creatures.

He is very handsome! Are you sure he is only 4 months old? He seems big for his age, but I have never had a veiled so I have no clue how fast they grow. As for the back leg I remember hearing something about gout and it resembles that a bit. If I remember correctly gout is from a high protein diet. Some here have linked gout to gut loading crickets with fish food. I am not very informed on the subject so I found you a link to take a look and I am sure one of the pros will comment soon! (I tried to find some pics of gout in chams but couldn't find any sorry :( )

Yep, looks like a chameleon!

His back legs look good to me. They can move them in all kinds of angles.
 
he was born the 15th July, a lot of people have said he is big for his age they think he is about 6-7 months he most probably is i am just going on what the guy said when i brought him. thanks for your help

hi read the link and he can walk fine on it and will let me touch the area and has a strong grip, so not to sure about gout will keep an eye on it though. thank you for your advice

Good! I dont know much about gout, and the more I looked at the pic I think his leg looked a little funny just because of the way he was holding on. But I guess it is always a good thing to cover all bases. Like I said he is definatly a beautiful cham!
 
Wow only 4 months? That's a big guy you got there. I have two 2 month and 1 week olds. They are the size of your guy's front leg. Anyhow nice cham.
