How do I raise/keep Katydids?

Well its the first day of winter here, so this is wishfull thinking for the spring, but how do you raise or keep katydids? I catch them often in the warmer months to feed to my chams, but I've seen others mention keeping them in outdoor cages and/or possibly raising them. Just curious how to do it.
