How do i make my male veiled chameleon more comfortable?

I have recently gotten a Male and female veiled chameleons. While the femail enjoys being handled and loves coming out anytime I reach in the enclosure the Male will start hissing and trying to bite me. I'd love to be able to handle him more but dont enjoy being bit constantly lol, even if I could just get him calm enough to not strike at me when i reach in the enclosure it would help a lot, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
 
Most males are very territorial. Even my female cham is territorial.LOL.You can just leave it in his cage and just try to not handle it much,try just to open the cage whene you feed it for it can know that you are not going to harm it that you are just bringing it food.
 
I've been trying to make sure he knows m the one feeding him but hes been making a point to come at me when I reach in lol, I'm okay with not handling him because I get that some just dont enjoy it, I'd just like to keep my fingers during cleaning and feeding lmao
