How do I feed crickets?

I've been doing research on Chameleon food. My plan is to feed mostly Dubia Roaches and super worms on occasions. I would also like to feed crickets but I'm confused about how to get them to the cage without them jumping and escaping all over the place.

I keep mine in a large tote, tap them into a dusting cup, and then shake them into the feeder run from there.

I hand feed my crickets. It’s the one thing Calcifer likes more than he hates me so he’ll come get them. The roaches and superworms go in the feeder run. The crickets don’t stay in my run very well

Just put dusted crickets in cage. They will crawl up screen and be eaten.

I use a tall deli cup. Tap them in, put the lid on and feed directly from the cup. I have tried the shooting gallery feeder for one of my chams (shy and slow eater) and it works like a charm! https://tkchameleons.com/
