UPS is garbage
This is happening to me right now... my animals should have been here already but it got delayed in KY just like always. If you have to pay 40-75 to ship something it should get there on time no problem, it should be the top priority. This is the most animals I have ever had shipped to me and of course it gets delayed. They are trying to blame it on the weather..... its not even storming there. Between all the UPS mix ups, the cricket virus, baby mortality and crickets dying from heat I am about to get out of reptiles. I hate all the stress that comes with it.

I swear this website is like a soap opera.. Yesterday I was sad reading about passing chameleons and today I was on the edge of my seat in a panic hoping this little guy would make it out alive.. YAY he made it!!! It wasn't even my chameleon but I sure felt the stress as I was reading all the threads. I hate Fedex they always throw my bug boxes at my door and when they dropped off my King Julian they almost tossed the box to me as if it was a pair of socks or something. FedEX you get a D-

I have had simliar problems here in the UK with UPS. DO you guys have nay alternatives..... FEDEX perhaps?

We do have fedex but you arent supposed to ship animals with them.

you guys do understand that you have the right to demand your money back for the shipping costs since it did not arive on time.
only the seller can do this since they are the one who has payed for the shipping, but the buyer has the right to demand a refund from the seller, and thus the seller should get the money back from UPS or FedEX.
I wonder why most don't demand their money back...I know I would and have in the past.

I'm not sure that this applies when you ship through Ship Your Reptiles if you read the fine print they do not guarantee delivery by 10 am nor even 12 noon.

It goes by the day to get a refund. If you pay for overnight and it doesn't get there for 2 nights, you get your money back. That is what happens most the time.
