how and why do u shower a cham

how and why do you shower a cham ive seen pics but dont know anything about it any help would be great i have a 3month old female veiled cham if that changes anything

I shower my cham if he is really really dehydrated. Showering is another method of quickly re hydrating a cham. You can also use the shower if it appears that they have something in their eye. The shower will help them wash it out. Shower sessions last for about 20 minutes. I place my cham on a plant or vine and aim the shower head towards the wall. Then I turn on some warm water and let it bounce off the wall and onto my cham. I think 3 months is too young for showering. I would either wait until your cham is full grown or use a very fine misting nozzle to shower him with.
