This cage size will not suffice long term. If this chameleon is yearling stage-it will be okay.
Remove the bowl, I would replace the Dumb Cane plant for safer houseplant.

He’s a juvenile. I plan to go bigger as he grows. The bowls just decor on the bottom. And it catches some of the droplets.

Looks ok to me for now. Just make sure the distance between his basking branch and his T5 uvb (either a 5.0 or 6% strength) is 8-9” so he will get optimal exposure. Also, do keep in mind that for chameleons, height equals safety, so it’s best to get a table, stand or shelf of some sort to put his enclosure on.
When you do upgrade him to a larger enclosure, if you have the ability to provide him with a double sized enclosure, I encourage you to do it.
Of course it’s double everything, but your chameleon will appreciate and use all of the space.
