So, there's been an annoying fly in my room that buzzes constantly, it lands on the outside of my chameleon's cage and she keeps trying to get it

I'm wondering if it's safe for her to eat, so I can open her cage and let it fly in there, it's just one of those common houseflies, not sure of the species.

i havent had a problem in 30 years. Their little lives are too short to get insecticide.
