House fly?

is it alright if your cham catches 1 or 2 house flys that havent been gutloaded or anything

Yes. Its just fine, hunting for flies seems to be stimulating for them as well.

i personally dont like to feed wc flies , wc flies come in contact with some pretty nasty stuff . but thats just me

I time to time catch some at the window and put it in enclosure and haven't encountered any infection or parasite...
But yeah, it can be dangerous... but it's still the best feeder as it entertains the chameleons a lot.
