Hot enough?

Was just wondering if 75 - 78 right after misting is hot enough.. Should be 85F right?

Edit: Couple minutes later and it went back to 85. New bulb, probably just needed to warm up.

The mist probably just got on the sensor which cooled it off.

I use a handheld thermometer And it was just a new light that needed to warm up.
