Went to the small business petstore I got my Senegal at.. looked at the chams.. two were dying, one was dying as I was watching it.. first one had mouth rot, eyes closed, second one was on the ground, bones caved in, couldn't walk, I almost cried. I gave them info, the manager just said "it's brown because it's on dirt".

Also I checked the dates, they'd been in there with no UVB the entire time of 3 months. Almost 4. They only had a waterfall, fake plants, a white and red light on, and dirt.

You should get them for animal cruelty. report it.

I'll be going in more often to check on them first. I have vids just in case. They said they were taking the worst one "in the back to heal". The owner said she knew I wasn't "one of those customers" but she seemed fake, I can usually read people and she seemed like she didn't really care either way.

not sure, but you can start by asking your local animal cruelty officer. What do you mean by "one of those customers?"

As in ones who just complain to complain, and those who don't know anything. I wrote down a long list of things they should change, all she said was "my daughter will look later sometime.".

I don't really have any friends and I live in such a small town that a taxi never comes here. If I called for one it'd cost alot of money. I'm not allowed to walk out of the section.

It makes me angry that a 14 yr old girl can take care of a cham easily, and they can't. I re-watched the video of the dying one try to walk, one leg was bent backwards, two it could barely use, other was just slid, it's back was an arch like this l___l, and she just laid it's dying body in the waterfall. The other had a bit tongue and mouth rot, eyes closed during day, and I just wish karma would have every bit of what happened to those chams done to the owner. I got Karma from them, and he has slight MBD because of their lack of UVB, I know you can't reverse MBD but he's doing perfectly fine, walks healthily, eats healthily, drinks, etc. I just finished his new cage, but I need to text the pics to someone, can any of you give me your number so you can post the pics for me? Pretty please with chameleon kisses on top?

report them..its obviously neglect, and animal cruelty..pretty easy bust for the animal police...stores are NOT legally allowed to abuse animals to make a sale (they do it secretly, but usually not so blatent)..first off..if that a****** was say he's brown cause he's on dirt, print out a wiki sheet showing they DONT CHANGE COLOR TO MATCH BACKGROUNDS..they chang according to mood...that chameleons mood is on death, thus why its all dark and blackish...you CAN do somthing about this...you have just made the first step!

I guartantee you, from the state it was in last night, it's either dead now or dead sometime today. They said they couldn't get the other one to eat, well no wonder, it's tongue was hanging out and completely useless!
