So this causes stress right? i hold clair about 2- times a day. this allows her to climb around the curtains for a few hours. she usaually shows happyer colors when i lets her do this. should i not put her out anymore or what? now im worried ima make her stressed out :/

It can be stressful for them. Usually I relate my guys restlessness with stress, like if he's actively trying to get off my hand. I wouldn't worry too much, unless she is attempting to bite you or keep you away, it probably won't hurt too much, though 2 times a day is a lot I think.

You may have a friendly one.

if your cham comes onto your hand easily without being forced to do so then i wouldnt worry,if however you have to force her to come then it probly upsets her,you can use food to pursuade her to climb onto your hand or a branch..:)

Brighter colors don't mean "happier", they mean reactive, excited, or stressed. To some degree, mild stress isn't all bad, but it can escalate. A truly happy cham is going to look quieter colored with less contrast because they are not reacting to anything.

when i say happier color thats what i mean. its her normal light green no reaction color. :) no she might not be happy but i dont think that she is stressed.
