Hmm well where can I start basically I need a stand for my next enclosure which will be 24x24x48 aluminium screen. I also need some ideas on how the lighting will be places both uv tube and incandecent bulb any ideas please also on a drip tray and drainage system as my current one is pritty poor i've soaked the carpet lol

I bought some shelving from Lowes. I was a rack system. I bought one box of it and I made (2) 24dx48wx36t stands. My 24x24x48 fits on them perfectly. My lights/uvb tube site in top with about 3-6 inches to spare. It also has a shelf on the bottom which is where my drain buckets site. It really works great. I have shower curtain on 2 sides of one cage and 3 sides of another(3rd side so the 2 chams cant see each other) so no water gets on floors(I have laminate flooring) I think there might be a few pics in my gallery, if not PM me and I can email some new ones for ya if interested.

My tube rests on top with a half drainpipe covered in foil as a reflector and the bulb directs down the side

Also what sort of cage are you going for? The one I have has a solid perspex bottom to it rather than mesh which is something to think about concerning how a drainage system would work.

It will be a screen aluminium with pvc flooring I think.

Is it one of Terry's cages? If so the floor piece screws up into the walls from the bottom so you could replace that with something that isnt flat and instead channels water into a funnel or something. Could sandwich mesh inbetween to sit plants or whatever on maybe. I'd be interesed in what you came up with!

Cages with the PVC drain just fine after you punch a couple of small holes in the PVC. I don't have anything special for my cages. The weight of the plant makes the PVC dip in the middle and water collects and then drains out of the holes. I hear screen as a drain is bad bad news... build up with all kinds of gunk and is a pain in the butt to clean.

My current enclosure is a flexarium and it sometimes gets a bit of gunk in the bottom and stains you really cant get it out lol
