So yesterday Ivy ( 3 month old veiled ) Finally let me touch her chin / side
What would the next step for handling her be? like for her to get use to me, she was starting to go on her back legs when i did this, so maybe i should have tried to lift her up into my hand?

Also this morning, she usually hand feeds alot, but she didnt want to hand feed, instead i put some crickets in and she hunted for them, but didnt eat as much.

Is there anything i should be afraid of? or am i just a little paranoid? :p

Also the lady i got her from told me she shed last month, so i was wondering when the next time she will shed be.

She had a little shedding on her nose when i got her, and that was last sunday. ( this sunday will be 2 weeks )

I would give her 2-3 weeks to settle in before you are actively handling her. At that point try holding her for short 1-2 minute sessions every / every other day.

Hand feeding will be a big help with handling her. She will associate your hand with food and not a threat. I would try next week to see if you can't get her to climb onto your hand if you gently lift under her chin.

As for shedding, I would guess once a month. It could be sooner or later but on average once a month being that young.
