hey their my hibiscus (dont know if im spelling it right lol) leaves are starting to turn abit yellow at the ends, i dont underwater, but i might be ove watering can somebody tell me how to care for one, thanks

A couple of things to check out:

How wet is the plant's soil? If the soil is constantly dry it needs more watering. If the soil is soaking wet all the time it needs better drainage or the roots will suffocate or rot.

How close to the basking light are the leaves? If the yellow leaves are just at the top near the heat they could be getting scorched.

If the yellow leaves are only on the lower branches or the plant is losing it's lower leaves completely, it could be they are not getting enough general light. You could add a single tube "normal" fluorescent somewhere along one side of the cage to lighten up the lower areas.
 
I found hibiscus impossible to keep alive in the cage. They require alot of direct sunlight and even with a plant light.... died quickly. Even keeping my free range hibiscus inside during the winter months is difficult and I almost lost it.
