Hi we have panther chamelons , we have seen the females being With our males and they have all then within a few weeks to 6 laid eggs large clutches as well.. after two weeks they loose there white colouring and turn yellow we know they have been fertilised by the male as saw it happen etc some have mould on them some don’t can anyone help us as to why this might keep happening we have lost quite a few of late :) new to this forum so be nice lol :)

Just because they've been seen with the males doesn't mean that they've mated and/or passed semen to the eggs. Males, or females, can be too young to actually mate. Inexperienced males will actually cause a female to break away the pairing and leave. Theres also a possibility, though very small, of sterility. If they are siblings, it could be an issue of genetics. It could also be an issue of supplementation. Also, could be you incubating temps, humidity, or medium.

A million possibilities. Provide more information and documentation to narrow it down.
 
How are you incubating the eggs?
What temperature are you incubating them at?
Where's the incubator? Are they in the dark?
Photos of the chameleons and the eggs!
How old are the chameleons?
