Hi hi
I am Lee and i am interested in raising a cham but i never raised one before so i gonna need some help from experts :D.

1. Should i get a baby cham or an older cham as my first pet ?
2. I did some research on google and i found Veiled chameleon and Jackson's chameleon is easier to raise. Are there more easy cham to raise ?

Sorry for my bad English ( not native speaker ) and please give me some advice :D.

Jacksons are not an easyier species to raise, use this forum a while an you will soon see how many people have problems with them. I keep them but I got a lot of experience threw other chams first, I'd go for either veiled or panther chameleons an personly get a young Cham, 4 months onwards and raise him/her up that way not only do you gain experience but you will care more for your pet

Hello :)

I never ever had a reptile before, but have been around cham's for about 3 years or more as a family member of mine breeds them, and i got a baby panther chameleon, he is the nicest friendliest Cham ever! And he isn't a baby no more ! He's a healthy happy boy i got him when he was 3 months old he is now 10 months old,
Do some research, and then some more and I'm sure you will find the one thats perfect for you, but if i was you i would defiantly go with a panther or veiled first, and ask any questions you want on here once you have chosen and we will all chip in to make sure your set up is ready for the arrival of your little one, i would strongly recommend getting a male first time round as the girls will lay eggs even without any contact with a male so the are much harder to look after if you are inexperienced :) hope this helps a little :)
