That is a Veiled Chameleon. It is not OK to keep them together after about 3-4 months as chameleons are solitary and territorial and they will start to stress each other out resulting in possible health issues. They can also breed as young as 5-6 months, and you really do not want to breed siblings, and you don't want your female to breed before a year of age as egg laying is taxing on growing bones. If you fill out the following we can help you tweak your husbandry.
Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
Location - Where are you geographically located?

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.
Current Problem - The current problem that you are concerned about.

Welcome....

Welcome to the group! Please spend some time here. And do fill out the information Julirs mentioned. That is a beautiful Veiled in your picture. You will need to separate them soon. At this age they will get along fine. And then, boom, one day either his or her hormones will kick in and things will not be fine. You will get no warning about this. It can literally happen overnight. So you need to separate then now before this surprise happens.

When the male's hormones kick in he will start trying to breed with his sister. He will harrass her constantly. It will be very stressful for her. If her hormones kick in first she will start producing her first clutch of infertile eggs. She will be very stressed. She will be mean and aggressive towards the male to keep him away from her. Either way, you need to avoid this scenario.

Once again, welcome to the group!
