My chameleons penis is out for like a week now he has a bath he has been covered with vaseline to i was told to put olive oil on it to but i really just want it to go back in my mom dont have the money to take him to the vet to get it fixed please help me.

Have you let it dry out at all? A Week is way to long. You have to take him to the vet ASAP. Hes probably going to have to get it amputated, because im pretty sure you dont put vaseline on it at night, so it is probably dries out alot. That is the only option. You most likely waited too long.
