what should i do !!!!!!! last time 270 this time 250 so i paid 520 $ just to heal this but i need to sell him anyway !!!

It's about saving his life at the moment...whether that's worth another $250 to you is something only you can decide.

When you do sell him, it will be with an armload of problems so you won't get a top price.

Perhaps you can get a board member to adopt him so you don't have any further expenses?

Ask the vet if you can make payments over time. Vets are usually quite good about things like that.
