OH NOES!!!

-Maybe it's a Veiled thing. Moose (my veiled) loves crawling upside down on his cage.

Brad my babies do this as soon as I move them to a screen cage. After the new wears off, a couple of weeks, they do it less and less. The one I have for Josh still does it once in a while. I tried taking them down all time but gave up. As long as the don't stay there for long time periods I just let them be.

PS Seeing Brad and help together is weird!!!

Hey laurie a cool trick I learned for when the chams start climbing the screen is to just turn off their light. They immediately go back to the branch. I trained Fry to stop screen climbing like this. Unfortunately I wasn't quick enough. He lost 2 nails

I was a bit scared there. The word Help as the title for a Brad R. post was a bit scary. I thought something terrible happened..

I had the same feeling of alarm as Syn did reading "Help?" above your name. Juvies love crawling around like that because they can with their tiny little nails/claws. I raise my babies in plastic tubs with screen tops. They always eventually figure out how to get on the screen top. Sometimes by climbing on the back of a sibling to reach up. It's fun watching them try to get back down. It's a lot harder! They can't crawl back down the side like they can in your screen sided cage. They usually end up dropping down.

Yeah, my Rudis babies tend to do that. Im pretty sure their just exploring their enclosure lol. It must seem like a mansion to them considering their so small lol. Funny little things. This is why I love Chameleons. Their so different from other baby reptiles. So wonderous and curious. There little pioneers

They are all over the ceiling of their enclosures all the time!

I think its part of moving into a new cage (regardless of age). When I adopted my new one, she was all over the place I presume exploring. After she figured out where everything was she was off the tops and sides.
