HELP!!!

Fig was drinking water and it kinda looked like he started choking I’m really concerned I can’t attach a video so here what he was doing with pictures his mouth was like opening and closing

You have to upload video first to a platform like YouTube (not sure if instagram works) and then post the link. How was he drinking? Was he lapping water off leaves or were you dropping water into his mouth?

it was dripping onto a branch and he was lapping it off the branch his nose was kinda tucked under it though if that makes sense

Shortly after he tilted his head back and it stopped now he’s back to just laying down

Odd. No idea what he was doing or why. It almost looks like his tongue got in the way. Just keep an eye on him. If he starts keeping his head tilted upwards, has stringy saliva or makes popping noises when he breathes, those are signs that he aspirated water into his lungs and he’ll need antibiotics.
