You seem to have missed the answers in my first reply to both the questions that you just asked--- the feeder info is in an excellent link to general cham nutrition plus what to feed your feeders.
It is most often too frequent or too much of D3 and/or multivitamins that more often creates problems, rather than the plain calcium powder without D3.
Overuse of any supplements is a bad idea--but plain calcium, calcium with D3 and multivitamins are all needed--it is a matter of neither overdoing it nor underdoing it.
I would clean the urates and feces out daily.
A damp substrate is asking for trouble, IMHO.
Even if you removed it each night to dry, it would be better than having something constantly damp inside the cage.
