Help!!! Young veiled chameleon

I have a young veiled chameleon. Well I went to clean enclosure. And I noticed a white spot on his spine. Upon further investigation I found a what appears to be a Crack in its skin across the spine. I did not notice this 3 hours ago. Any help would be appreciated

Oh such. I thought maybe he got hurt or something. Gave it a little time and checked again and could definitely tell starting to shed. Color duled out, the said white spot was just the first spot to start. When I checked again notice it starting on what I would call his back knee. After seeing it there. I was able to determine shed...she'd.... thank god for my experience with the ball pythons and leopard gecko
