Help with Panther cham ID

It's very hard to say with certainty as this point, since young panthers can change pretty dramatically from one month to another as they develop but right now since all I see is aqua blue he may be a Nosy Be.
However, he's little still. If next month all sorts of greens and reds pop in then I'd be completely wrong. So you may have to ask us again in another month or two as more colors start to come in.
Did the breeder/pet store not give you any info on what he could be?

Like I said, another month or two could prove me completely wrong. It just so happens that right now he's only blue. Just enjoy him and as us again in a while after he sheds once or twice more.
Also, we can't discard the chance that he's a mix of a couple things at least, so we'll have to see with time what he looks like.
