Hi thats for your UVB, have you got a bulb for heat too?

When i said any other bulb i meant UVB sorry love, but aye im using a 75watts heat bulb.

Hi what size encloser do you have?

Is it an exo terra one?

I ask as the that what my Veiled started in and a 75 watt was too hot, and and i found the mesh that it sat on could get red hot and easily cause a burn so i swapped to a 40 watt which kept a nice contstant temp and i still have it connected to a thermostat incase, thats all you need a UVB tube and heat source.

two bulbs in total is perfect. Just make sure that your little lady can get within at least six to ten inches of the uv light as that is as far as the uv rays travel from what i understand.

tube fluorescents for uvb

I would only use the linear fluorescens as they are proven to be best.. The others in my opinion are not safe for chameleons
