Get the 3 rep-cal supplements advised in the bible for veiled chameleons:

I have my guy from the same clutch on a supplement schedule of:
-4-5 days out of the week lightly dust half of the day's worth of crickets with calcium w/o D3 (backed down to 3-4 times a week at 6 months)
-once every other week with calcium w/ D3, at six months old this needs to be backed down to once a month at 6 months
-once every month with the herptivite supplement

Note: There are a lot of different opinions on how often and how much to supplement, but through my research I believe this is what is best for my veiled, Dante. Do your own research on this and come up with the schedule that best fits your chameleon's needs.

this is a proven supplement schedule,good advice! the trickiest part about calcium supplementing is the vit d3 issue. if you can get your guy 45 min of natural sunlight a day the supplementation of d3 isn't needed.. read this link a few times it will help you better understand supplementation..
