Help! Veiled with wart like spot on belly

The other day I notice a wart like spot on the belly of my male veiled chameleon, he eats and drinks normally, I don´t know how this happened, I also noticed kind of the same wart like spot on his tail and arms but much smaller and less noticeable, does anyone know what this is? I would really appreciate your help I am really worried. Here are some pictures to help

It is probably some sort of fungual growth. I would have it checked out by a vet
