Help! Sven Sleeping

HI all
My panther chameleon is Sleeping more often the last week and I have read that they dont sleep during the day at all and i took him out to look at him today and his eyes dont seem to want to open the whole way there kinda slits atm only.This is all new, he has never looked or acted like this at all Before last week his temp in his cage is 70-80 maybe a bit higher at his basking light area and he has water and as of yesterday was eating daily the only thing I have changed is at night i have started turning all his lights off at night and turning them on when i get home in the morning. Is there a chance that hes just getting ready to shed again perhaps?

Are his eyes crusty or oozing?

WHat bulbs are you using?

how often do you mist him?

i have a 25w zoo med UVB and a 50 w red basking heat mini bulb AtM and I mist him as often as I see his humidity come down below 60 percent I used to use a fogger but he seemed to not like it when i turned it on he seemed to run away from were it was running into his cage and get red under his chin

Also remove that red bulb. a basking bulb should be clear, to simulate the sun.
