They are a little harder to identify than the Veiled species at this age as they grow a little slower. Males usually tend to be more grey than the female. I would say Male tbh.

I agree with this statement...at 2 months its pretty hard to sex a panther.. i say female, although.. given just the old pics from 2 months agoi i might have said male...
Same here The first pics it has that nice grey tint to it. Also not a bulge but a thicker tail base. Or at lest it seems by the angles. Also you can see some yellowish and maybe reds comming out. The second set of pics I would doubt because the first one she has that pinkinsh color and the tail base doesnt really look thicker but the middle 2 its the greyish tint with what seems to be a tiny bulge in the 3rd photo. Then the 4th which has no bulge whatsoever. Then the 3rd set which is definatly female to me. Could be the pics or yes just too young for the breeder to be for sure. But my experience comes from sexing UH 30 panthers roughly
I think I missexed one time out of that because I wanted to get them one of the best and I had 2 that were showing amazing color for being so young. Which look alot like the first set in this post but with some more yellows and reds showing through. Any way the one I kept is an acceptional looking female so I figure his is too. I am a man of honesty and keep by my word. I just havent heard back? HINT HINT
Sorry is this to much info. I just wanted to say I do see how you thought it would be a male Nic, at such a young age. Like you where pointing out it was just too young to know for sure. Like I said I am a man of my word and I also am one to admit mistake and learn from it so. As with these two instances, this is why anyone breeding should be 100% sure as to what sex they are representing. So people get what they are expecting!
i all fairness, i think the breeder tried hard and and made a good call for what they had, i would have said male too... and i would like to think im pretty decent at sexing them.... its just so hard to tell at that age, really you shouldnt be selling babies till 3 months, but i see it happen all the time...
