help sex this Jackson for me?

It wont let me add picture in thread but I can add to my photos I'm on my phone he/she is today's upload in my photo gallery saying sex of cham please can someone help its 4 or 5 months old I figure that's old enough to be horning but all its got is nubs!

I looked at the picture and I say female. I say that because I have two 5 month old Jackson, and they look exactly like that. I also can tell because the horns should be way bigger by now. You can check out Miss Lily and see her little Jackson Monty (Monty is a male). Monty is 5 months old also. I also have a post that I posted about 1 month ago I attached it for you. Go to the 4th page and read Xanthoman’s post.
Hope this will help! :)

Haha, yes, Monty is indeed male, bless him! Tattoistchameleon, I would also say female. I have seen pics of a couple of Monty's sisters and they have slightly longer 'points' as opposed to proper horns than your cham has, yet they are nowhere near as developed horn-wise as Monty.

I think it looks younger than 4-5 months old. More like 2months. I think it could be male. Do see see a bulge at all?

The baby Jackson looks about the same size as my Monty to me. Mine is almost 5 months old. To the OP - how much does the baby weigh?

Well you would know better than me, it just seems small. The coloration is femaleish, the horns dont tell much, except there all pointing forward. Its "snout" looks femaleish too. I think a bulge pic, or lack of one, is what is needed here.

As for colour - Monty is still brown like that when he is in his viv. He brightens up and goes green when I take him out. Jackson babies take longer to colour up than some other species. In fact, they do everything a LOT slower! Monty is still under 10g at almost 5 months old and he eats loads!

Does it have 3 nubs? Do any of them appear to be developing more than the others? The fact that you see nubs makes me think its male. While this is possible with females, its not common at all.

Edit: just seenthe pic. HE is definitely younger than 4-5 months, more like 2 maybe 3. And yeah im 95% sure its a male, we need a better pic of the base of the tail(from the side)

So its actually 3-3.5 months old.
It looks like the ocular horns are starting to bend inwards, towards the center. That is a female feature.
The rostal horn is sticking straight out, thats a male feature.
It seems to me that the cinnimon color is more of a female thing, but Miss Lily says that monty has it too. So idk.
I didnt get my girl until she was almost a year or so, so I dont have any experience with the babies.
I cant say what it is, without a bulge pic, but Im leaning towards male.

No problem. But as Ive said, I have no experience with jacksons that young. Thats just my opinion. Maybe some one with a "trained eye" will give theirs.
My first cham was a female jackson, and I love her to death.:)
