I know this isn't the BOI site, so I will limit my specifics. From my experience on this site, I have ordered from sponsors and users. Only once, did I get something that made me go 'WHAT?'. This site seems to be able to police itself pretty well. I would like to see a similar section created here though. After all, we do see a 'who's a good breeder to buy from?' thread started every 3-4 months, if not more often. The fauna site is a bit overwhelming to some. I tried and tried and tried some more to set up that stupid BOI part. I still don't know if it works or not. I can fix a computer, just not use one. That's what we have children for! 
It would make great common sense that one would be a part of this site too. Would keep the new members from trying to get quick money, as well as an older member trying to get rid of that last female for more money, etc... It would have also helped with that whole misting system fiasco, months in advance for some people. A site sponsor should have warned this site as to what was taking place and vice versa. It seemed like 6 months before anything was done. I am not scolding anyone as something was eventually published about it, but it was a little late for the amount of complaints. All remedied by an onsite BOI.
Back to what I wanted to add in my last post: It is my own personal policy that if I send someone the wrong sex, I will send them a free replacement with no shipping charge. They may sell, keep, give away, etc.. the first cham. Their choice. It doesn't matter to me. Heck, they can send it back if they want too. I'll pay for the shipping. My mistake should not cost more money. I do know that sometimes a 3 month old can present some concern, even while physically holding it. You can have a slow grower, late to develop colors, a bulge that isn't just that prominant, etc.. It happens. Wasn't too long ago, It took me about half an hour to figure out which one of the 3 I had was a male. He needed to be shipped in about an hour. I was taking them outside for color, walking them on sticks, lookng at their nether regions, I just couldn't get a 100% answer. One minute they looked male, the next female. So, it does happen, I do understand. That said, if you offer the service, you should offer a great service. As I pointed out before, that word of mouth or repeat customer is vital in todays market. Especially now that prices have drastically dropped on chameleons.
[Again, a special thanks to NHenn and Canvas Chameleons for using proper business etiquette and compassion. Probably should be chalked up to compassion, as keeping a deposit is arguable either way, technically. Nice to see, especially in today's market. ]
