Agreed they are blatta lateralis. Common names are red runners or Turkistan Roach. I raise them because the babies are about the same size as pin head crickets and this is the size that I need for my tarantula slings. The adult males would make a good feeder for your cham too. They are also very easy to breed, so you could make a great colony of them.
