Look up threads on prolapsed hemipenis.
Try to keep it clean and lubricated with clean or sterile water based lubricant. No vaseline.
Get to the vet if it doesn't go back in soon.

I'm sorry just got him back from the vet it was a "cloacal prolapse" he put it back in and put two stitches and gave me an anti-inflammatory and an anti-biotic. He also gave me some sort of liquid for parasites or anything that might of caused it. I just recently purchased him and the old owner isn't getting back to me for any past illnesses or issues
