Hey guys I'm new to this forum and I need help!! I just set up a vivarium for a couple of Pygmy chameleons I'm getting at the end of this month and I just noticed Aphids on my umbrella tree. Will they be a problem for the chameleons? How would they have gotten there? I have been collecting sticks from outside, but I baked them at 200 degrees for 2 hours. Please help guys

Aphids are used as a feeder for small chameleons, so they won't hurt your chams, and they may eat them. If they grow in large numbers they might kill your plant.

They came in on your plant, you could return it for a aphid-free one.

CHEERS!

Or wash it with something like Safers Soap that you can get at any gardening center.
