Help Please! Veiled Chameleon laid eggs for the first time!!

I've had my female veiled chameleon for about two years now and just two days ago she laid her first clutch of eggs. I got her a laying bin and made sure her pin was covered up so she had privacy, and she seems to be healthy and back to her old self again.
I have questions on what I need to do with the newly laid eggs:

Do I leave them in the bin covered up with sand or do I need to take them out and put them elsewhere?
How can I tell if they are fertile or not?
How do I know when they need to be thrown out? How do I dispose them?
How will my chameleon react when I do throw them out? Do I need to remove her before I do?
Finally, if they are fertile...Is there something I can do to make it where they don't hatch? I know it sounds mean and I really hate to do it, but I do not have anything to care for the eggs (I was told by the man at the pet store that chameleons do not lay eggs when not breed when I asked and despite my research, I believed him for some reason.) and I just can not afford or have the space to keep baby chameleons.

Thanks for the help!!!!!

You can just throw them out. If you leave them in the sand they will rot and stink. If you haven't mated her they are most likely infertile.
