Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care? Ambilobe Panther, Male, 1 year old, 7 months in my care.
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon? Almost never, just to clean the vines and leaves.
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders? Crickets, roughly 20 a day, in the afternoon, I use the flukers cricket feeder.
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule? Rep-Cal, Calcium everyday, Calcium with D3&Multivitamin twice a month
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? Spray him with a bottle, 5-7 times a day, usually see him drink if he doesnt drink from the bottle
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? Usually brown, sometimes theres yellowy tones.
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.
Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions? Reptibreeze, screen enclosure, 18x18x36
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? Zoomed brand lights. 75W basking, 5.0 UBVBulb. Lights on:7AM Off: 7AM
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps? 80 is usually the highest 70 is the ambient temperature and 90 is under the light, doesnt drop any lower than 65 at night. Using digital and analog thermometer
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity? 80, i spray him 5-7 times a day for about 3 minutes, using digital hygrometer
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? Artificial plants and vines
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? He is located in the spare room upstairs, the top of the cage is approximately 5 feet from the floor, he's away from fans, theres no AC and the room is barely used
