Eyes sunken in point to dehydration which goes back to the overheating. 26c isn't all that hot but if he was left in direct sunlight it is. You said on a table.... like directly on the table or on a plant that was on the table?
There is something wrong with his back left leg...and his eyes are so ewhat sunken in. I'm glad you're taking him to the vets...something is going on. Good luck!
