Help! My cham is lethargic and not eating

I’m sorry, but I cannot add a picture at the moment, but I will update with one asap.

My chameleon is not doing well and I’m very worried. He is looks lethargic, has been sleeping during the day, and is not eating. I got him to eat 4 bsfl on Saturday (?) and 4 or 5 waxworms a couple of days ago, but now he ignores food.

I’ve never had him tested for parasites, so I’m hoping that’s not the issue. He has correct lighting (T5HO) and I dust his food with the correct vitamins listed on this site. He mainly eats bsfl along with whatever other bugs I have on hand at the time.

please help. I don’t know what to do. I’m worried that he isn’t drinking either, his eyes are sunken.
