Help! My 1 Year old veiled Chameleon is extremely small for his age!

Hi. My little brother purchased a veiled chameleon last year in April and he barely ever feeds him. He probably feeds him about once every two weeks and sometimes doesn't feed him at all. I took him into my care and I researched what the size is suppose to be for a 1 year old veiled chameleon and it said that they should be full grown. He looks like he's 2 months old. What do I feed him to make him grow. I need help and advice. Please!

Can you post some pictures of him please and put him on your hand or something so we can compare size??? They can eat crickets, dubia roaches, moths, stick bugs, silkworms, hornworms, superworms, butterworms, phoenix worms...these being the most common feeders.
