Hey everyone. My chameleon is not doing to well and I cannot afford vet bills. Is there somewhere I can take him so he does not die? Please help ASAP!

I would consider trying to rehome him, maybe try to sell him on a website or something. That really seems like the only option if you can't take him to the vet.
I know absolutely nothing about any of these....but here's a list....investigate them carefully....
