HELP! Jackson Chameleon with Bump on his Nose

I'm new here, but my little Jackson's Chameleon, Hulk, has a soft bump on his nose. We only noticed it last night, but looking at pictures it could have been there for 2 days now. We don't know how it showed up and we haven't had any problems with his health either.

Any help would be helpful..We also live in Hawaii and there aren't any Reptile vets nearby.

Where is this bump? I just see his horns. When you say there aren't any reptile vets nearby what do you mean? He will probably need to see a vet, so start looking for someone that has worked with reptiles.
