Help! Intestine came out of Rectum.

Has anyone seen this happen before? Also, is there anything I can do?

Keep the tissue moist with ky jelly and get him to a vet ASAP for surgical correction! If the tissue dries out and gets infected or dies you will lose your chameleon. There is no easy fix here.
