Help identifying gender of juvenile veiled chameleon

Good afternoon,

I am hoping that you might be willing to help identify the gender of my new veiled chameleon. I am not certain of his/her age, other than quite young! Unfortunately, the camera on my phone is not working (avoid Google Pixel phones, folks!), so I tried to grab some footage with a camcorder I had lying around. Sorry the footage is a little shaky, too!



What do you guys think? Am I seeing tarsal spurs or not?

If they smell like maple syrup then they're probably Canadian Veils oh wait you're wanting to know the gender. NVM. (You're going to ask yourself WTH is he talking about?)
