Help ID and it is not a mosquito or mosquito hawk AKA Crane Fly (but could be sub-species of the later)

So little background:
I added more plants to my frog vivarium (seeing what works and doesn't).
Pic 1 works very well so 3 months later added more (last week).
3 days ago these guys started popping up. Only in the vivarium. I have added to 3 other small tanks but none have them (or they have not been triggered to hatch).

There is no mosquito larva in the water (clear and clean) or other bug type stuff. Daily water changes. (y)

Pic 2 is how they appear in tank
Pic 3 is size (all being same)
Pic 4 is feeding frenzy

There have been 5 to 10 new per day. WEIRD! Not even 100% where their coming from yet.

Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated. I am not worried about them escaping or biting, since they don't like BLOOD!

Last comment- blood- I am unaware of mosquitos living outside of water in their larva stage but Crane Flies do.. (y)
