Help help help!!! Please

This can happen if they drink a lot of water at one time in which case it would be nothing to worry about, but if it continues you need to see a vet for possible respiratory infection

What are his temps? Pick him up and hold him to your ear and see if you hear any popping or crackling sounds

How old? If very young you may need to drop the temp a few notches. If not young I would just keep an eye on him and see if he is moving around while mouth open, and if you see anymore bubbles. But one bubble may not be cause for concern. And it is common for them to open there mouths to cool off, and or gape at you if annoyed:p. Keep watch and see if it persists:) if he keeps gaping while not basking and while moving about it may be a problem. And if you continuously see bubbles of coarse. Just MO

Misting is really important. Try and mist two to three times a day. I have to put my son to bed but ataraxia is here, you're in goods hands:)

Reptisun 5.0 linear bulb is most recommended. What watt bulb is your zoo med? Are you using a digital temp or dial?

Your chameleon most likely has an upper respiratory infection, which can progress to pneumonia if left untreated too long. You need to get him to the vet for appropriate antibiotics. Signs of an URI include bubbles from the mouth, holding the mouth open, holding the head up, gasping, popping noises when they breathe, etc. Any of these signs combined with lethargy or lack of appetite are very concerning as they point to a systemic problem. This won't clear up on its own if it's an infection and needs to be seen by a vet.

If this is a single episode of a bubble that does not happen again and your Cham is acting totally normal otherwise then perhaps it's not an immediate concern. But if this keeps happening, you see any of the other signs, or he's just not acting right you should definitely not wait.

form was not completely filled out...........................

just one bubble is all that you have seen? this can be completely normal..

mouth open alot: how are you measuring temps analog or digital? methods of measuring (where the guages are placed to monitor)? pics of your guages in your set up? he could be hot.

size of your cage?

lights: zilla heat light? which one?

as already stated. if you think something is wrong take him to a vet for assurance. he is eatting, heads not pointed to the ceiling, no crackling or wheezing, not lethargic, you only see one bubble, from the little bit of information supplied. i dont think you have anything to worry about.
