Help:Dusting!

Hello, I need some help with Dusting. I have 2 powders, one with D3 and one without I usually use the D3 one once a week and the regular everyday is that correct?

Calcium with no D3 everyday;calcium with D3 and vitamin supplements twice a month for most chameleons,
Unless you have a montane species then probably less supplements and D3.
