Help!!! Dark brown spots on my chameleon's neck.

I have 4 months old male veiled chameleon. I very worrying about the dark brown spots on his neck. what should i do?? any suggestion?? is that fungus,mites or etc??

I don't see any unusual spots, but I do see some dirty shed that is coming off. If you mist him really well for a day or two he should be able to get all that old skin off by himself.
