Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care? Panther, male, 8 months, 1 week.
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon? every other day
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders? crickets, 5 a day, start at 10:30am stop at 5:00pm
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule? Repashy super foods, before they go into the cage
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? i mist the cage 6 times a day and use a big dripper, i barley see him drinking.
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? has not been tested.
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you. He was the clutch of the sire "iron man", his claws arent very sharp either, he has trouble climbing the metal meshed cage and slips sometimes.

Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? not live
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? in my shelf 1 foot from the floor, top of the cage is 4 feet from my floor, no vents or fand near it just my window
Location - Where are you geographically located? southern California
