Help, boy or girl?

I'm having a hard time getting the picture to show up... the way you can tell is if it has little nubs on the back of it's rear feet or not (sort of where you'd imagine his ankle would be). If there are nubs, it's a male. No nubs: female. 
The attached picture is of what the "nub" would look like if it's a male.

Note, these "nubs" i speak of are ONLY on the hind-legs. You cannot tell by looking at the front ones, by his head...

The tarsal pads and spurs are present at hatching. What do you mean it didn't come in til 4 or 5 months?

A good picture of the hind feet would allow us to say without a doubt. That being said, based on the size of the chameleon combined with the color and patterns, I would say female. The casque size is not a good indicator of the sex of a veiled. Males can have small casques, and females can have large casques.
